By making this application you understand and agree to the Terms and Conditions that:

<li>You must install and operate the electricity storage and generation units exactly as described in the application form and in accordance with the EREC G98, EREC G100 and EREC G5/4-1;</li>
<li>If UK Power Networks has reason to believe that the electricity storage and generation units have been installed or are being operated otherwise than exactly as described in the application form and in accordance with the EREC G98, EREC G100 and EREC G5/4-1 it may de-energise the connection and require that witness tests are undertaken in its presence and/or that the customer undertakes such remedial works as it shall deem appropriate; and</li>
<li>The customer shall bear its own and UK Power Networks’ costs associated with any witness tests and / or remedial works that UK Power Networks may require to be carried out if it has reason to believe that the electricity storage and generation units have been installed, or are being operated, otherwise than exactly as described in the application form and in accordance with the EREC G98, EREC G100 and EREC G5/4-1.</li>

Please be aware that you are required to provide the commissioning sheets on the day after the planned commissioning date. The contact details of the relevant team will be included in the confirmation email you will receive within 10 working days after submitting the application.
Note: Your planned commissioning date must be at least 10 working days from the date of application, but not more than 3 months in advance as our connection offers are only valid for 3 months.
